The hotel is like a mini-apartment, perfect for families, with plenty of room compared to many London hotels. The rooms are nice and well laid out, although lacking ample cupboard space. It was a little warm during my stay.

The service was a hit or miss with some staff showing great kindness while others seemed disinterested. The location was convenient for public transportation but slightly far from central London. The dining options were limited and repetitive, and the facilities were average.

However, some room maintenance issues were not attended to, like the bed not being made up and no towel changes or rubbish cleared.

The hotel had all the comforts of home, from a fridge to a convection oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and even a deck. The room was spacious, adequately equipped with lovely soft towels, bedding, toiletries, hair-dryer, and iron. However, the service could have been better, with poor attention to details like cleaning and maintenance. The location was convenient, close to a tube stop and a Tesco store, but not exceptional. Dining was a bit of a letdown with a lack of seating and poor food quality. Overall, the facilities were decent but could use some improvement.
